How Konektar handles information associated with the Konektar SMS Program.

This policy applies to the Konektar SMS Program for customer care, complaint-resolution chatbot support, and transactional equipment configuration instructions and status updates. It supplements other privacy notices that may apply to a Konektar product or service.

When you interact with the SMS Program, Konektar may collect:

- Messages and information you send to or receive from the program.
- Your opt-in, confirmation, help, and opt-out choices and their timestamps.
- Support case references and equipment configuration references associated with your request.

- Provide customer care and complaint-resolution chatbot interactions.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Konektar does not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile opt-in lists or SMS consent for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Vendors that help operate the program may process data only on Konektar's behalf and subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Retention
Konektar retains SMS information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the record and applicable requirement.
6. Security
Konektar uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect SMS information. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices
Reply STOP to end program messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email contato@konektar.tech to ask a privacy question or request assistance concerning information associated with the SMS Program, subject to identity verification and applicable law.
8. Changes to this policy
Konektar may update this policy to reflect changes in the SMS Program or applicable requirements. The current version will remain available on this page and will show its effective and last-updated dates.
