SMS Terms of Service
Terms governing participation in the Konektar SMS Program.
1. Program description
The Konektar SMS Program provides customer care, complaint-resolution chatbot support, and transactional equipment configuration instructions and status updates. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages. Messages are sent from or received at +1 (833) 485-1467.
2. Enrollment and consent
Enrollment is voluntary. To request enrollment, text START to +1 (833) 485-1467 and then reply YES when asked for final confirmation. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any Konektar product or service. You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number from which you enroll.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your support interactions and equipment configuration events. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Konektar does not charge a separate fee for participation in the SMS Program.
4. Opt-out and re-enrollment
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further program messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, text START and complete the confirmation flow again. Other carrier-supported opt-out keywords may also be recognized.

6. Delivery and carrier responsibility
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS Program may not be available on every device, carrier, or geographic area.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the SMS Program for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity. Konektar may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, equipment, or legal compliance.
8. Privacy
Konektar handles information associated with this program as described in the SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes to the program or terms
Konektar may update these terms or modify or discontinue the SMS Program when reasonably necessary. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued participation after an update is subject to applicable law and your right to opt out at any time.
